Conference Site

This year’s conference is hosted at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center (of which the Georgia Tech Global Learning Center is a part).  This is a state-of-the-art meeting and accommodation facility that combines all the amenities and modern technologies of tomorrow with a prime midtown Atlanta location at the intersection of Spring Street and 5th Street.

Conference Hotel

The conference hotel is within the same building as the conference site. They have extended us a reduced rate of $109 per night for reservations made through October 1. You may make your reservations at the hotel website or by calling 800-706-2899.   Be sure to mention you are part of our conference to receive the reduced rate.

Parking

The Technology Square parking deck, attached to the Center, can be reached from Spring Street. Rates are reasonable for the area at $1 per hour or $10 per day.

Local Transportation

MARTA, Atlanta's local rail system, provides easy and direct access from the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport to the Midtown station on the north/south line. Rates are $1.75 per trip.

A taxi ride from Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport to the hotel will cost approximately $35 each way. Also available and less expensive than a taxi, the LINK shuttle service from the airport to the hotel is available. For information, tickets, or reservations visit www.theatlantalink.com.

The Tech Trolley operates free of charge and provides transportation between the Midtown MARTA station and the Hotel and Conference Center. Please reference their website for schedules and a route map.
